First session with the acupuncturist today... let's see how it goes!  Anything's better than having to go on Roaccutane.

Soooo, apparently my vitamin D level is so abnormally low (16, when it should be a minimum of 75), that I need to take six times the usual dosage of supplements and sit in the sun for at least two hours a day.

Doctors. Heh. They really don't live in the real world, do they? Who has time to sit in the sun for two hours a day (if they're not on vacation)?!  Not me, that's for sure.
