AA stands for Academy Awards. It also stands for Awkward (As All) Arse.
OK, so it wasn't as bad as the year James & Anne hosted, but the entire thing felt like a bad dress rehearsal. Timings were off, the sound mixing was shonky as all get up and the whole "oh look, we're going to put a whole bunch of Chicago in there" segments had me baffled. Not one of the finer telecasts.
